Plaintiffs, two African-American women in their 20’s, were both sexually harassed by the same supervisor. The defense claimed that the allegations were untrue and/or exaggerated and that even if the allegations were true Plaintiffs did not suffer any significant injuries as a result of the sexual harassment.
Winer, Burritt & Scott, LLP, through aggressive litigation, was able to establish that the Plaintiffs would be likely to prevail at trial and that the Plaintiffs, in fact, suffered significant injuries even though they did not undergo a significant course of psychotherapy.
